|
HS-A soluble balls are often used in well temperature 70-100 ℃ in the well casing. The effective pressure time in 3% KCL liquid is 5-6 hours. Dissolvable balls are all dissolved <100h and can bear 70MPA on the 1/8 grade difference ball seat.

|
HS-B dissolvable balls can keep the effective pressure-bearing time in the well at about 12 hours through special surface treatment, and can be dissolved quickly after construction. It is commonly used in the well temperature of 70-100 ℃ in the well casing. The effective pressure-bearing time in 3% KCL liquid is about 12 hours. Dissolvable balls are all dissolved <100h and can bear 70MPA on the 1/8 grade difference ball seat.

The effective pressure-bearing time in 20% HCL liquid is about 5 hours. Dissolvable balls are all dissolved <50h and can bear 70MPA on the 1/8 grade difference ball seat.
